Return and Refund Policy for Strike Outfitters LLC
1. Introduction: At Strike Outfitters LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. However, as we specialize in custom printed products, we do not accept returns or
give refunds on custom printed items.
2. Non-Custom Printed Products: If you are not satisfied with a non-custom printed product, such
as a blank t-shirt, hat, or other apparel item that has not been altered in any way, you may
return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new and
unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us
within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either
replace the item or issue a refund.
4. Custom Printed Products: Custom printed products are not eligible for return or refund unless
there is a defect in the product or an error in the printing caused by us. If you believe there is a
defect or error in your custom printed product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will
work with you to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund, if applicable.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your
own shipping costs for returning your item.
6. RMA Policy: For any qualified return or refund to be processed, you must first obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. To obtain an RMA number, please contact
us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish
to return, and the reason for the return.
7. RMA Procedures: Once you have obtained an RMA number, you must return the item(s) to us
within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Items must be in new and unused condition with
all original tags and packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item.

sure about your design, size, material and other details before placing the order. And also, to have a

international shipping but plan to add it at an undetermined time in the future.
